How to File an Apeal

If the City's Open Records Officer denies a record, or a portion of a record, the requestor can file an appeal with the Pennsylvania Office of Open Records within 15 business days of the mailing date of the City's response. All appeals must be in writing and submitted on the Appeals Forms found on the State's website.
