Refund Policy for Recreation Programs: Refunds shall apply as follows: before 1st practice - full refund; before 2nd practice - 75% refund; before 3rd practice - 50% refund; after 3rd practice - no refund. Public Ice Sessions begin after Labor Day and continue through mid-April.

Meeting Room Rental
Accommodations: The meeting room can accommodate 30 people. The fee includes the use of the room, tables, chairs, and dry erase board.
Snack Bar Provision: Food and beverage can be provided through the Kirk S. Nevin Snack Bar, the home of Carson's/Waterworks Catering at an additional cost.

Snow & Ice Removal
Property Owner's Responsibility:
The owner, occupant or tenant of every property in the City of Greensburg is required to remove or have removed from all sidewalks in front of or alongside such property all snow or ice within twenty-four (24) hours after the snowfall has ceased or ice has formed. Residents are reminded not to plow or shovel the snow from their sidewalks or driveways back into the street once it is clear.
Removal of Snow and Ice from Streets:
Street Department crews give top priority to treating those streets with the greatest volume of traffic, as well as, school bus routes. Alleys are not given top priority.
