Public Notice: Commissions, Boards, and Authorities Vacancies
In accordance with Article XIII of the Charter and Code of the City of Greensburg, the Mayor with Council approval shall appoint all members to every board, commission or authority as a vacancy either by expiration of term or some other means occurs.
All appointed members must have been residents of the City for at least six (6) months prior to their appointment and must remain residents during their terms of appointment.
Please note: With the exception of the Historic and Archtectural Review Board (HARB), which has its own unique criteria.
Council may refer interested applicants to the Mayor for consideration of appointment and all interested citizens meeting the above-mentioned residency requirement, with exception of certain vacancies on the HARB, are invited to submit a letter of interest and/or resume to the following address or via email to fill vacancies posted below that occur on any board, commission or authority:
