Right-To-Know Requests

Citizens can file a Right-To-Know request in four ways (requests will also be accepted if submitted on the Uniform Request Form available on the State's Office of Open Records website): 

• Email (As a Microsoft Word or PDF attachment)
• Fax
• U.S. mail
• In person
